foreclosure but couldn't be sold and then become bank's property. that's
what it means.

发帖数: 3244 | 9 it's not foreclosure 没成功, just couldn't be sold at foreclosure auction.
only a small potion foreclosed properties can be sold through auction. you
don't need to worry about that.
