内容：
The property is very messy but it shouldn’t be more then carpet and paint
etc once the owner moves out. I will goto the house to take a video for you
once we get an acceptance so that you can sign off that you have viewed the
property.
另外他还说我必须用local bank贷款。
我觉得不看房子就 sign off that you have viewed the property 是不行的。
我可以周末的时候去看。Redfin的agent可信吗？
update我还没回信呢就又收到一封:
Your due diligence period will start upon acceptance of the contract, which
means that we will conduct inspections upfront before the banks approval, it
is better to do it this way so that you don't waste your time with if there
is something unsatisfactory on the inspection report. The seller is very
leery about using Bank of America as the lender only because, typically in
the Las Vegas market B of A does cannot close within the 30 day window that
the sellers bank will require. I have attached a couple of lenders that we
use on a regular basis that will generally be able to meet or beat B of A
rates and costs, and they can close within 3-4 weeks.
看来是不是什么都想包办了。我是不是不应该退出了。

还是这个agent这样？我没经验有点担心，不知道怎么回他。

的帮你一起看，买房是不能稀里糊涂的。

只是根本没看，也不安排看就去买，即使inspector那里退出也会损失
inspection fee.
我是不是应该跟他说要求这周末自己去看。

发帖数: 14359 | 9 你找INSPECTOR的时候不都OFFER接受了么，当然是下OFFER之前就找个懂房的
跟你一起去看，这样大部分毛病直接就看出来了。

发帖数: 1879 | 10 建议你还是亲自去看一下。 有的时候图片和录像与现实会有很大的差距。 我曾经有客
人先抢道房子但是现场去看后又退出了。 如果你要做贷款的话， 你不一定用当地的银
行但是你要用当地的代理。

根本不是一回事，先看照片再看房子，明显照片很漂亮，当然看过房子再看照片，感觉
又不一样了，感觉照片就是跟房子一样。 |
