fall, would this regular maintenance prolong the roof lifespan for a few
more years?

我的原则是这样的，只要不漏水，就可以不换屋顶。
我家也是十几年的屋顶，后来snowmageddon那年漏了点水，雪化了就没漏了，所以又坚
持了几年。去年终于换了。发现瓦底下好几块木板都烂了。

Architectural, then it is not as good.
Google architectural roof, you will see.
Non-architectural roof is kind
Of flat, while architectural roof has the
3-d view...
