Prepay后：月供既定，反过来求还款时间 (In Excel f'=NPER)
#Month = f'(Rate, Monthly Payment, Principle)
You still pay the initially determined fixed monthly payment +
whatever you want to prepay every month
最后效果：公平！早还完，省利息。

If do not recalculate the mortgage every month or every year, that means you
loan the money back to the bank for interest free.
For example, 30 fixed loan, you will pay it off within 20 years, that means
from now till the end of 20 years in the future, the extra pay each month is
interest free for the bank, right
