说让准备贷款。
银行批准有文件吗
可以让AGENT发个COPY吗
会有新的LETTER吗，如果贷款 就是用COUNTER OFFER的CONTRACT？

发帖数: 3244 | 5 ask your agent to get a copy for you. you should have one. as for apply your
loan, you need to be ready. normally the lien holder will request the
transaction to be closed within 20 days and if you haven't started anything
yet, you may not be able to meet that deadline and they can cancel it based
on that.
