minus, but to seller it is not a controllable factor. If buyer insists an
appraisal contingency, seller can deny it. All loan purchase has mortgage
contingency. The seller comes to the close table to expect a check, either
from a cash buyer or from buyer's mortgage company, he/she does not care. |
