have negotiated for lower sale price. the seller was pretty smart.

able to pay rental. In case he can not afford the rental, can I ask bank to
let seller move out before close?

发帖数: 848 | 4 if it's a short sale, its illegal now. you should have term inyour pa or
short sale addendum that seller can NOT get money from you or live in the
House after closing.
