Please be advised that our fee as stated is a flat fee based on our
experience that our representation encompasses six hours of our lawyers'
time. In the event more than six hours are expended on your file, we
reserve the right to bill you at an hourly rate of $150.00.
In addition, there may be the following charges:
Overnight mail $50.00 to $75.00
Administrative Fee (which includes photocopies, postage, telephone call,
wire fees, e-package and paralegal time) $187.00
Document preparation, (if applicable) $75.00 to $150.00
Second Mortgage (if applicable) $225.00
Settlement Fee (this will be charged by the
Title Company or Attorney) $325.00
Notary Fee $25.00
