Re "Buyer accepts the Property in its present condition", I am not sure how
the term is written. It could mean two things. It means buyer accepts the
property in its present condition by the time of signing this contract, yet
buyer has the right to request fixes if there are structural issues. Or it
could also mean you will take this property "As Is". Your attorney should
work for you to sort out. |

合同这条下面有个注释：
NOTICE TO BUYER AND SELLER: Buyer's agreement to accept the Property in its
present condition does not preclude Buyer from inspecting the Property, from
negotiating repairs or treatments in a subsequent amendment, or from
terminating this contract during the Optional Period, if any.
这个意思是前者。如果我的inspection发现新的问题，是可以要求seller修复的，他接
不接授是另一回事。一般情况下，present condition指的就是discolsure说明的
condition，但是seller又放了别人刚做的inspection report在网上，他的disclosure
又说没有inspection，我理解如果我的inspection发现跟上个buyer的inspection同样
问题的话，我可以要求seller修，我的agent说不行。

也就说他放那个东西，可以说没有任何法律效力。 |

disclosure去掉，说让seller重新更新disclosure而且把inspection report签玩名再
让我签名。她的解释我是没有听懂。
