The seller wants to close earlier. They said they will be on vacation after
that date. The time they gave me is about 30 days.
What will happen if I am not able to get loan within 30 days. If seller is
willing to extend, will I have to pay? Or what is the consequences if I
cannot close on the date I proposed (they required)?

&&&&这个日子我自己定的，因为租房2天后要到期了。
这样你&&&之前无论什么时候ready，都可以close。当然你要设定一个自己觉得合适的
日子，比如你的rate lock到什么时候之类再定。至于延期是否要付费，我感觉是看市
场行规。我们这不要。最好写到合同里面，比如在什么情况下可以免费延期，延期多久
之类。

The offer letter says "loan commitment letter 8/2, and close on 8/16".
They counter offered, and asked to close on 7/24
I really do not know if I can close on that date. It is barely 30 days, if
we agreed on prices, and inspection goes smoothly.
