I offered 145,000. Seller decreased to 160,000 and says no more lower. I
offered 150,000, and says this my last offer.
Then yesterday, seller agents stated there are multiple offer on this
property and asked for best offer before 5pm. Then I increased to 155,000.
But still no answer until now.
I don't know if the seller agent says the truth. Do they usually lie? Or
it is true that there are multiple buyer?
I like this house, and don't want to lost it. | C******e

in most areas in nyc, sellers will not respond to offers 5% lower than the
asking price.
