brand of material, start and completion time, 等等, 承办商很不高兴，只发给我
一份价格表，和保险公司的类似，没有工期，材质，等细节。
我在这里贴出我与承办商签的协议。寻求帮助和建议。我想知道如果我终止协议, 去找
其他承包商, 有没有法律责任?
我的理由如下:
1. 我签的唯一协议没有条款保护房主的权利, 是他们特定的，是unfair
2. 承办商没有detail proposal
3. 我没签更多的表格(协议), 包括 Fiduciary Promise(授权他们的直接从保险公
司得到钱), Affidavit of Intention to Complete Repairs, Scope And Price
Addendum To Contract, Authorization to Release Information (for mortgage and
insurance)

我换的屋顶是先付了一半，完工再付清。而且签合同时所以细节包括那种shingle 什么
颜色都写清楚了。当然和你不同的是，我的contrator一开始就让我们直接和保险联系
，他们在inspection时派人过来。

proposal。
双方同意每一个细节之后，然后签订合同。
教训是不应该预先签署任何agreement。
希望大家不要再有这样的错误。
