inspection, 还有我们想做的remodel不知道可行不可行. 同时lg看上了另外一个房子,
想下个offer. 也想试试.而且, 我们更想要第二个房子.想问一下大家,如果第二个房子

In this case, you'd need to make sure that your offer for the 2nd property
is going to be accepted. Let your agent talk to them and make an offer that
is high enough to make them promise to take the property off the market.
Then you can cancel the first offer and go into contract with the 2nd one.
