Should I do 7 arm(3.250%) vs 15 fixed(3.250%)?
It seems that for 15 fix, after 7 years, already pay almost half of them.
7 arm may be just paid 1/5 by 7th year.
If I want to take advantage for low rate, should I do 7 ARM?
Annual family income 200K plus. Do not know how to invest. |

take advantage of low rate, aren't your rates the same?so why 7-arm? and you
said you suck at investment anyway.
