than this morning.
The rates are getting lower. If I had chance to wait, I would. However, for
purchasing loan, don't play too wild, getting the deal done is much more
important. A possible better rate or losing a house you like? You'd know
the answer!

purchases later this year, that plan is contingent on the economy continuing
to heal.
2. "I emphasize that, because our asset purchases depend on economic and
financial developments, they are by no means on a preset course,"
3. "On the one hand, if economic conditions were to improve faster than
expected, and inflation appeared to be rising decisively back toward our
objective, the pace of asset purchases could be reduced somewhat more
quickly."
What happened after Bernanke's remarks?
1. Stocks hit new high after Bernanke speech buoys investors
2. Despite stronger job growth, recovery still a long march
3. White House: Economy growing slower than forecast
What did other people say?
"Mr. Bernanke's testimony offers no big surprises but has a lot to say about
risks to the Fed's core view: Higher mortgage rates could slow housing,
inflation could fall too far, fiscal policy could be a bigger drag than
expected, and slow global growth could hold back the U.S. too."
Where is the mortgage rates heading?
Let's see. At least, right now, the rates stay stable or even a tiny bit
lower. I'm not surprised if the rates become more attractive this late
afternoon.
