mortgage Contingency 3 weeks after P&S.
The closing date is about 3 weeks away from "Deadline for mortgage
Contingency".
My question is: what if I can not meet the mortgage requirement. Is there
any penalty for me? Can I extend one week without any penalty?
It will be reasonable to have 4 weeks at least for mortgage, and 2 weeks for
closing date.
What do you think?
