Sry cannot type Chinese at work.
I'm buying house with a backyard going into the woods & a small creek. I was
told that the house is outside of the 100 year flood plan therefore
requires no flood insurance.
Today when I looked at the disclosure there is one line reads:
"Small back part of lot is in 100 year flood zone"
Should I be concerned with this at all? Do I need to pay higher insurance
rates as a result of this?
