这个跟很多人买了房子，就等升值转手的的短期flip行为是不一样的。
Flipper一般都是买差点的房子，上便宜有效的装修，然后很快卖出去。资金周转快。
俺认为是一种投机行为。

毕竟这个每月的固定支出几乎是个常量，即使房产长期出租
