不过那些帖子都是前两三年的，

the sellers can get nothing when choose shortsale, so they don't care about
how much to sell. the key point is to let the seller sign your offer
instead of others. therefore, the seller cares whether you can wait for the
long process saying couple months to get the house, and how strong the offer
you are (cash offer for example).
shortsale is nothing related to selling price as long as your price matches
approved seller's bank estimation. |
