, APPRAISAL价格一般跟不上房价上升的速度( 1个月的滞后),APPRAISAL价格一般会比
合同价格低. 房价快速下降时则相反, APPRAISAL价格会比市场价格高.
当然我也经常见到非常不靠谱的APPRAISAL,有的用6个月前的成交价来比较价格,有的甚
至是不同学区的房子来比较价格.

发帖数: 12461 | 7 大部分情况下appaisor会故意做到contract的价格，除非comps怎么选都还差了1万多。
差别在1万以内没做到的后患无穷，不仅银行会要求重做，而且买家也会jjww。

should get it to you.

这么做到底对他有啥好处。不过在所有这位broker做的不靠谱的事情中，这已经不算什
么了。
