年代，损害程度，替换材料，人工，地点。。。。影响因素太多了。
就说地基，有地下室没地下室，独立住宅和ｃｏｎｄｏ能一样么？

，对于造价方面，也不会用以前建房子的物料价格去估算，而是按现在的材料费用估算
。、
inspector应该这些项目都会帮LZ把关的。 |
