I have several questions here, could you please help me to answer them?
1) I need the blueprint for this house, could you please help me ask it from
the seller? Seller does not have the blue prints to the house. Most
sellers do not have blue prints but they are recorded in the county records.
You need to contact xxxx County building department to get a micro film or
print out of the plans from them. When the original home builder /
developer constructed the homes back in 1994 he should have recorded the
blue prints / floor plans with the building department at xxxx County when
he pulled the permits to build the whole community. The builder / developer
does not provide their new home buyers with blue prints. The ONLY time I
have seen a seller have blue prints is when it was a custom built home that
they personally selected and contracted a contractor to build a home
otherwise seller’s do not have blue prints.
