dual agent，然后在agent催促下很快的签了合同，现在合同已经递交到银行了。合同
规定现在要付1%的deposit，期限是拿到银行approval为止（没有确定的time frame）
，批准后补到3%。Deposit还没交。现在看了网上别人的经验后觉得没有在addendum里
面规定time frame/cancellation option风险不小。
马上联系了agent，她的说法是：
“
You are at no risk whatsoever and your deposit is fully refundable if you
cancel.
The sellers have already accepted your offer which was submitted to the bank
. You can not change the terms after we have already agreed with the seller.
”
请教牛人我们接下来该怎么做。是不是可以要求agent更改合同，补充上比如说2/3个月
内银行没答复我们可以拿回deposit。

先谢过了！！！
给agent打了好几次电话了，她一直重复风险不大，也不知道该不该相信她。看了不少
zillow里面的讨论，都说short sale里面deposit要拿回来要看合同怎么签。生怕这个
agent不靠谱最后坑了我们。

万分感谢！
1%还没付，所以在这里征求意见看是不是增加一条clause（2或3个月内没approval，
deposit fully refund）来保障我们的利益。现在合同已经到了银行那里了。

看了，addendum里面说1% deposit will be held until bank approval. 当时没觉得
很大问题，后来在各种forum里看到的建议是要写清楚time frame/cancellation
option来保障自己的利益。
所以尽管现在我们的offer已经都签字了，也送到了bank那里，但是我们想更改。还没
交那1%的deposit，不知道嗨来不来得及。

我们的addendum是第三条讲的1% deposit的事，escrow会hold到到bank approval。我
们还没交这1%，真交了就只能看合同说话了。现在想更改addendum，加上一个条款，如
果2或3个月内银行不批，我们可以back out without losing deposit。

of written consent (“Short Sale Lenders’ Consent”) to the Agreement from
all existing secured lenders and lienholders (“Short Sale Lenders”), by 5
Contingency Date”). If Buyer or Seller cancels this Agreement prior to the
Short Sale Contingency Date, that party may be in breach of the Agreement
unless the cancellation is made pursuant to some other paragraph in this
addendum or in the Agreement, whether or not time periods in the Agreement
have commenced.
