molding and replace missing pieces next to dishwasher on both sides, Family
Room-Drywall repair ceiling in corner and 1 qty nail pop and re-texture/
paint to match, Hallway (upstairs)-Paint walls upstairs to downstairs
similar color or paint yellow to match the rest of the home, clean spider
webs, install new smoke detector in place of missing one, Hallway (
downstairs)-Clean and touch up paint 2-3 spots on wall, Master Bedroom-Spot
paint ceiling corners and wall at top same colors, vac and clean carpets in
closet, install vertical blind handle at patio door, paint white base trim
left of patio door to entry door white, Master Bathroom-Spot paint ceiling
corners and walls at top same colors (paint is in garage), spot paint window
trim, spot paint base trim t/o bathroom, 2nd Bedroom (rear left)-Spot paint
door jamb, clean/drywall repair all walls and paint similar color, clean
and paint closet, spot paint sliding doors, remove mattress, install 1 qty
smoke detector inside room above door on wall, 3rd Bedroom (front middle)-
Paint all walls, install missing screen, install 1 qty smoke detector inside
room above door on wall, install new window ledge caulk and paint white,
caulk outside of window (make sure no leaks) (not sure why window ledge is
getting wet, I think it was due to window not being closed properly causing
condensation over the years maybe?), 4th Bedroom (front right, pink)-Clean
walls, clean and paint window ledge white, spot paint closet walls, install
1 qty smoke detector inside room above door on wall, 2nd Bathroom-Clean
inside/outside all cabinets/countertops/sink/mirror/shower/tub/commode,
install missing exhaust fan light cover, remove old toilet from home, 3rd
Bathroom (1/2 bath downstairs)-Clean sink/mirror/commode, Office Den (
downstairs)-Install 2 qty mini blinds in place of old broken ones, clean all
built in cabinets inside/outside.
Install new 3rd bedroom carpeting (front middle) with same color and like
kind that has several bleach markings and 1qty burn mark. | m**********j
