标 题: 9年后去年买了第二个房子, 还算first time home buyer 吗?

好像是说两年内没买房,就算first time home buyer吧?
如果不算,还有什么税务上的优惠吗?

local的话有的地方可以申请首付支持, 比如我们这里如果最近三年没拥有过房子的话,
不过税上也没有优惠

Generally, you are a first-time homebuyer if you had no present interest in
a main home during the 2-year period ending on the date of acquisition of
the home which the distribution is being used to buy, or build, or rebuild.
If you are married, your spouse must also meet this no-ownership requirement.
