自动重启，例如电脑，电子钟什么的，感觉是电压掉了一段时间。
这个一般是什么原因造成的？ |

铝线据说热胀冷缩厉害，会有你说的现象
你这情况看起来更像是electric panel太古老了

事后再开始检查室内的。变压器和电表是属于电力公司的，免费检查的。

应该还有一个main panel连电力公司的meter和一个100A到200A的main breaker

Neutral wire is connected to the ground, which is how circuit breaker panel
has been wired. Large panels have 2 bars in different places, however there
is a bonding strap which connects them together through the panel.

the neutral is connected to the screw where the ground wire (which connects
to a spike in the ground) is hooked to.
I googled, it seems that that should be done in the subpanel?

I think it was one of the "legs" connected to the ground.
e.g. the black wires from meter,
basically in the pictures below, one "hot" wire was connected the ground,
the electrician didn't know how it could be working for so long.
