1. Roof appeared to be nearing end of its useful life, budget to replace
soon.
2. Recommend licensed roofer seal nails throughout roof
3. No drip edge installed around perimeter of roof, areas of moisture damage
or FRT plywood. Recommend licensed roofer evaluate. Visual inspection from
attic appears that plywood has been replaced. For more information about FRT

你credit。seller愿意如何处理是他自己的选择，就看你接受不接受。这个你应该去问
你的agent如何办，怎么跑到这里来问？ |
