看到板上说forclosure的房子比较危险,不知道现在接手这样的房子有多大风险?

means you are fine. The foreclosure was in 2005, and the current owner has
lived there for 8 years and he/she is selling the house as a regular one,
right? Then why do you still worry? Also please spell the word "foreclosure"
correctly.

看到版上有人说是forclosure的房子会被破坏什么的,有点不放心。
另外房子是朝北的,还路冲,而且以前住的是老太太,开一个小公司,据说现在是move
out到别的州了,就是学区还好。所以很纠结。

If there had been any 破坏, it should have been before/during the
foreclosure process in 2005, and the current owner should have the house
fixed over the past 8 years. I personally do not think you need to worry
about this at all.
I am afraid you are 纠结-ing too many things, this way, you will have a
really hard time finding a house that fits your needs.
It is not that I am picky, but your spelling was still wrong.
Anyway, best luck to you.

经纪人忽悠上了,就不理了
