Labor and materials are included in the following service: Roof Replacement
Remove existing one layer of shingles and replace with new GAF Timberline HD
Weatherwood shingles 59 squares and cap/ridge and starter 6 squares Install
new
15# felt, new pipe boots, new ridge vent, weather watch in valleys/walls and
flashing at
walls/chimney. Debris and dump removal. Five year labor warranty. Materials
are to
be purchased up front directly to our distributor and labor is due in full
upon job
completion.

Roof Flashing
Roofing Materials: 59sqs of 30 year GAF
architectural shingles, 5sqs of 25 year 3 tab
shingles, 1 Roll of metal, 4 boots, 15 rolls of felt, 3
box of nails, 2 box of button caps, and 20pcs of
Ridge vent
Roofing Labor: Remove existing shingles, Inspect
sheathing for wet spots, replace plywood as needed
up to 3 sheets, install felt paper as needed, replace
all boots, install all new flashing, install new shingles
and shingle over ridge vent.
