主要想知道是不是一旦定下来拍卖了，也就是房子已经关闭了（没有人能进入，包括原
房主），还是人家继续住？
另外，拍卖后多长时间能把手续办下来？会有那些麻烦吗？
在网站上看说要找一个 attorney 才能买，因为"does not guarantee clear title to
any property sold at sale. If you buy a property with numerous liens you
may be required, under the law, to pay those lien holders to clear what is
now your title. This is solely the Buyers responsibility"
这个到底怎么回事？是不是说他们卖了，我们买了，但是没准我们还住不进去，人家不
搬。
这里面都有哪些麻烦事吗？

这下明白点了。也就是说，房子收回去拍卖，但是本主不配合。这个是谁收的呢？看了
拍卖信息，那本主欠银行的钱应该快超过房价了（当地同样房子的均价）。这个应该是
银行拍卖吧。
能不能说说银行回收房子的流程呢？从开始不还贷，然后short sale，再force close
。这个拍卖是那个环节？什么情况下银行才从新放到市场卖？整个要大概多长时间？具
体哪个环节人必须走？
另外这种拍卖房子除了不走，还有什么隐形的问题吗？

I don't like auction for this reason.
however, not all auction is bad. I just got a property through auction and
the bank pays most liens except the first lien to the mortgage holder before
foreclosure.
