请home owner exemption 的。看县里的网站，好像说户主只能在税收年开始之后才能

但1/1 已经due了，申请完之后不也要下一年才能有用吗？那怎么办才能从第一
次在自己名义下就能得到exemption 呢？哪位給讲讲。
