Credit score 760往上，贷款大概30万的样子， 15，30年利率大概什么行情？
还有，要不要flood insurance是怎么定的? Agent说"the 100 year floodplain
appears to be in the vacinity back behind the property and the 500 year
floodplain may be on the property. Your lender may be willing to pull a
flood certification for you to determine if they would require flood
insurance."不知道这个算不算是个事？

发帖数: 900 | 3 你的agent的意思是说你的这个房子有可能在flood zone洪水区，如果在洪水区的话
lender是会要求你买flood insurance的。

11年建的小区，旁边有条creek，房子比路面高一点，不是特别多
