store, restaurant.... The house is located in a residential area. The
commercial unit has a new 5-year lease. However, the business in the unit
has changed three times in the past 8 years. It looks like that all business
did not do well. I am worried although there is a 5-year lease, I might
not be able to collect rent if the business in that unit does not run well.
Anyone has idea? In Boston area. |
