主要问题：
1）heating
The grass supply valve appears to be broken, as the key does not stop
turning either to the on or off position. The gas fireplace was not operated
as a result.
2) Structural components
Crawspaces
Visible signs of water intrusion in the crawlspace are present from silt
stains observed on the plastic vapor barrier, efflourescence on the
foundation walls, and a drain system has been installed. Water appears to be
infiltrating near the front of the home, and is being blocked from reaching
the drainage system by the vapor barrier.
I am not able to determine the extent of intrusion or how often it occurs
water intrusion can lead to more costly repairs and increase damage if not
corrected.

Walls
A section of the wall at the front corner of the garage (left corner facing
home) has significant signs of deterioration and rot, and is no longer
intact and bearing weight. This appears to be due to water infiltration from
the elevated exterior grade. （如图） |

最多就是做个GRADING排水搞好一些，如果是
很老的房子可能有顾虑，DAMAGE可能很久了
如果是20年以内的话，问题不大 |
