日是"estimated date of closing".在“Adjustment to closing date"中，允许
seller提前或推后closing date ("Buyer agrees that if a Certificate of
Occupancy is issued prior to (or after）closing date, Buyer will accept...)
；同时注明如有特殊原因，closing date可推迟（...any other reason whatsoever
beyond Seller's control, it is agreed that the closing date will be extended
for a period of time equal to the time lost by reason of any of these
causes)。最后，在”Cancellation of agreement"中，it states that "If title
does not close within 6 months from the estimated closing date, either Buyer
or Seller may terminate the contract"
六月中旬时，developer告诉我们因为电线的原因(community所在市的原因，不可控因
素），closing date will be delayed to June 23, 几天后又告知要推迟到June 30,
现在是July 18, 和他们交涉，不但不提供具体closing date, 还暗示合同里有“6
months"term,所以到December closing the house也不是不可能。我们提到可能要告到
court,developer暗示“6 months"term是他们的interpretation,还暗示不怕打官司。
现在的问题是developer refuses to communicate with us, all communications are
through our lawyer and their lawyer。请问这样正常吗？另外，对待这样的
developer,我们还有什么其他办法让他们尽快close? | c*********7

们会推迟的准备,晚个把月就算好的.
