Nature of service request : Install 5tons Heating/Cooling systems
Description of materials And Labor:
• Remove all old existing Heating and Cooling equipment
• Install 5 ton gas furnace, Vertical A/C coil same location in
closet/ condensation pvc pipes and new gas shut-off and connectors to
furnace.
• Install a new 5 tons condensing unit at sideyard ( same location)
• Install 5 ton condenser pad
• Install new electrical 50-60a fuse, disconnect fuse box, new
condenser pad.
• Install one new digital thermostat.
• Excluding all air duct work, city fees and others
