下offer前特意问了是否有过water issue，seller disclosure里明确说No，房检的时
候发现basement的ceiling有很浅的水渍。当时seller agent表现的很惊讶说不知道，
当场打电话给seller，seller说以前似乎因为雪下太大，从deck里进过水但是修好了。
当时想着可能时间太长seller忘记了
房检完后问seller要当时维修的文件，发现其实是卖房前才修过进水造成的damage，还
是seller agent找人修的，quote的报价单里还有seller agent的名字，顿时觉得当时
seller agent的那张惊讶脸可以去当影帝了。

告上法庭，吊销执照，获赔三百万。
