is ok to put just 5% down, if loan amount more than 625K, some bank can do
5% down, max up to 850k loan amount, it really depends on the bank.
Wells Fargo Has 10% down jumbo loan program, loan amount can be more than 1
million, as long as your annual income is good enough.
they normally go by 5 times rule. if you make 200,000 dollars a year, you
can get a loan amount of 1 million, plus the 100,000 dollars down payment
and the closing cost.
so 5% or 10% down payment is possible, but most of banks they just dont
advertise for it. they are doing it quietly. |
