The parties agree that all of the costs of closing, document
preparation, revenue stamps and recording fees shall be split equally
between the Buyer and the Seller. Each of the parties shall bear their own
attorney and professional fees incurred in connection with this contract.
想问一下哪些closing cost是可以平分的，哪些是我自己要付的。银行给的clost cost
items如下：
A. Origination charges (including loan points and underwriting fees);
B. Appraisal fee
C. Title fees, including title search, closing protection letter, lender's
title insurance, Rec/Svc Fee, Settlement fee, and tax review fee.
D. Taxes and Government fees, including recording fees and other taxes,
transfer taxes.
E. Prepaids, including homeowner insurance premium, prepaid interests.
F. Initial Escrow Payment at closing, including home insurance and property
taxes
G. Title: owner's title insurance

都是要你自己支付的。Seller有他自己的closing cost。 | P***S

我之前的一个房子的合同上面明确写了所有的closing cost都由buyer支付。
这个合同写的平分，这两种合同有什么不同的地方吗？
