1）missing and damaged tile （a few）at the front porch;worn, warped, and
damaged boards (a few) on the deck;
2)active leak under the sink/behind the wall;
3) active drainage leak under the first floor bath;
4) loose wires off the ground in the crawl space
5) damaged beam under the bath @ the garage wall
6) split plumbing stack vent boots; moisture damage in the soffits/facia
over the kitchen
7)active roof leak, damaged sheathing over the large garage doors.
8)damaged lintel above the small garage door.

东西，最好不要叫卖方修，卖房不会好好的修，不如，你要抵减，自己修。
