The error is:
Please select a Comma Separated Value (e.g. csv/xls/txt) file to upload.
But it's a Comma Separated Value csv file.
Anyone use TaxACT to file tax and has the same problem? Thank you!

I open that csv in a text editor, it's Comma Separated.
