发帖数: 2604 | 1 房子周围发现几块shingles碎片,并没有漏水。仔细看看是房脊的地方有好几处shingle
破损。不知道能不能找保险公司，具体步骤是怎么样的。最近也没有什么特别的storm。
还有自己看了保险条款发现可能买保险的时候受骗了，本来以为是$1000 deductible，
现在发现了第二段，这个是不是说如果换/修房顶deductible是1%房子估值啊？
