发帖数: 260 | 1 The water company installed a smart water meter in the sidewalk, cut a
corner of a concrete block, but the cutting caused a crack cross the whole
block. I am wonder if I can ask the water company change the whole block.
The sidewalk is done last year. Any one knows. Thanks in advance. |
