地基：foundation reinforcement (rebar)，西墙安装了3个, 南墙装了一个rebar
anchored and placed in the center of the hollow blocks, fill the foundation
wall with 3k psi concrete and vibrate to assure proper fill. 我想应该是当时
地基有一些问题才会做这个repair. 请问这个repair很常见吗？是否应该walk away? |

发帖数: 28 | 3 1950s的房子，2017年修的地基。report没有说是因为沉降，裂缝还是进水，只说是为
了address current deficiencies in rear and left basement wall revealed
during inspection by xx engineers. 没有问题也不会找engineer做inspection, 但
是不知道当时具体的情况 |

地基都有permit和验收的吧

当时的engineer report不太可能找到 |

毕竟地基有问题很麻烦的
