Millions of dreamers converge to this slum hoping to "make it" in Hollywood.
After 20 years of waitressing, dumped and been dumped by scores of "
producers", they become an angry, bitter, inconsiderate and moody bunch.
There's nothing deep here although admittedly, you need a couple days to "
study" the LA phenomenon and maybe a week to figure out why. Angelenos are
rude and flaky at the same time, they live in the best | M*********a

industry", two Burning Man (before it was hijacked by corporate bosses),
and perhaps three dozen acquaintances of various age and walks of life.
I suspect the French dude who's singing LA anthems belongs to one of the
right wing sects in metro France who workship the American excess while
happily neglecting the cost to the rest of world. LA is the capital of loud
stereos, 24-inch spinner wheels, behemoth SUVs and energy |
