发帖数: 28 | 1 Japan was fascinating. A country of great contrasts; not only visually, but
also culturally. One minute you can walk next to a group of elderly women all
dressed in kimono, and the next you are sitting next to punk/goth girls in a
starbucks. As I said, this contrast runs deeper than what the eye can see. I
was surprised to find that such a highly developed country is hostage to such
rampant sexism. More than once I was the only woman in a waiting room, on a
