紧出手吧。别老惦记着抄底，这个expectation太高了。有几个人能成功抄底啊。能在
涨势中进场就不错了。

recently came out on the market among chinese communities, it is probably
because those people who bought in 2004, 2005, 2006 or cashed out their
equity back then start realizing that their home value is under water and
want to get rid of their property and let the bank suck up the lose, which
will further drive down the home price, in my opinion the best scenario for
house price this year is staying flat. |
