1. inside vs. outside mount.
我们觉得inside mount with extra casing (frame)更好看，但听说这种style很容易
接头的地方有比较大的缝，可以用灰抹平，但不好看。是这样吗? 选inside/outside的
时候,大家有什么经验？
2. LA 的中国 contractor说褪色是一定的，不在保修范围内。是这样吗？会很难看吗？
3. LA，大家有什么好的contractor推荐?

1. outside mount: most windows are not leveled, so outside mount will level
the frame and cover it. Ours looks great, especially our windows are not
leveled. If your windows are big, you might want to have divider.
2. I am not sure what you mean about 褪色. We choose Swiss Coffee color for
ours, and after 2.5 year it is still find. Some color might dented, but you
can correct it as if you correct dent of car's body.
3. I can qqh you my contractor if needed.

our windows are not very big, neither is our house.So, I am afraid outside
mount would take too much place of the room since the depth of outside mount
is about 1.74 inches. This my concern.
褪色 is color fading.Some companies say their warranty covers fading in 5
years. Do your shutters made from wood or wood composite?
Please send me your contractor contacts. Have you heard about Andy Zhao. I
already got quote from him.
