标 题: 关于白蚁检查报告， 请教大家

卖家代理找专门的白蚁检查公司出了检查报告， 报告上列出了几处白蚁的地方， 给卖
主报价 $1200 治理并最终出 Clearance 的报告。
我这里想问的是， 这种公司出的报告到底有多大的可信程度？ 卖主在 Offer 里特别
申明了白蚁维修这一块费用不愿意超过 $1200, 这他妈的就巧了， 会不会隐瞒问题？

. Now a normal local spot treatment with "Termidor" and moderate amount of
external wood/framing replacement should not cost more than $1000. A full
tenting of the house would be around $2000, so $1200 is not cheap if the
damage is only observed in a couple of spots.
Give "skull" termite company a call, our HOA contracts them to do inspection
, treatment and wood repair. Good service, $180 follow on yearly insurance

company will give you different report. I have used six termite companies
to check the same property, their reports are all different except the
area with obvious termite damage.

buyer is responsible to Section 2 damages.
