润，或者销售收入？合伙就要成立公司。

发帖数: 1980 | 10 I would think franchise is a terrible idea. It's not "free time" issue. If
one does not know anything about business (as OP says he does not know how
to buy stocks), going to franchise is the quickest way to lose money. Yes,
franchise supposes to teach you everything about business, but most of the
time, they are just a ripoff deal.

yield. Maybe that's something OP should consider? Unless you are super-handy
and know how to fix the house yourself, I would consider out-of-state
opportunity in buying the house. One will need to learn how to filter out
bad tenants though, since management company won't do as a good job as you
can do on your own.

000左右,可以委託地產經紀以$800出租(每月支付$150~200的代管費以及房產稅),扣除
開銷大約一年有7,000,15萬存Bank CD一年也只有1,500左右的利息,自己斟酌斟酌 |
